5 things you should never include in its curriculum

To write a curriculum is a difficult task, as we all know. It takes time and patience to fit his entire professional history within one or two pages, and its present as the best candidate for the job. While we concentrate much of our energy on what should be included in our resumes, we forget to stop and think that information should never be included. The following five topics are at the top of the list of prohibitions Resume:

1. Do not get personal. Any information that reveals their demographics should not be listed in your resume. His age, race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, marital status, physical appearance, or his personal philosophies are not critical to their performance at work, and, therefore, must never appear on your resume. Present yourself as professional, their prospective employers. His resume is not list your hobbies or interests, but is a list of their education, their qualifications and employment history. Stick to relevant information for work and her career goal.
2. Do not write your salary or reporting requirements in their curriculum. This is a strict rule, and you must follow. Your employer has to do with what your salary is desired, not what you earned in his first job out of college. If called upon to provide the requirements for salaries, do so in his letter not your resume. As a good practice, provided the list of at least you’re willing to accept for work, and avoid using a range of salaries. Do your research and know what the salary is acceptable to the work of his interest. Wherever possible, leave all the talks to pay for the interview with his potential employer.
3. Do not use jargon or too many “big words”. Unless you are absolutely sure that the person reading your resume will understand the terminology used, avoid using jargon in their curriculum. Gear your resume to recruiters instead of hiring a manager immediately, because human resources partners are often the first to resume its exploration. You must demonstrate their knowledge of a particular field through their education and experience, so the jargon has no place in their curriculum. In addition, avoid using too many “big words.” Do not hide behind your vocabulary, make sure your resume is dominant to lose the interest of his employer. Use action words that are relevant to your career.
4. Do not write your website. As a rule, do not include your site if it contains your photo or other photos that can be regarded as inappropriate, if it contains jokes (albeit clean jokes), or blog. In other words, if the site we have is entirely for personal purposes, you are better off leaving your resume. Only include a link to your site if the pages are created to display their professional portfolio, a copy of your resume, reference letters, presentations, photos taken for professional use, or their web development skills.
5. You do not have misspellings. The most important factor in achieving a curriculum is to win the reading test. You want to put their best foot forward. If your resume contains grammar and spelling problems, their potential employer will have the impression that you’re not detail-oriented. It is difficult to test a document that have been working very closely - Use spellcheck (although ceramics, not catch anything), ask your friends for help, meet with a career counselor. Do your best to present the most polished resume to prospective employers.
